Yield: Good for a family of four very small people add extra as needed Prep time: 20 min Total time: 1 hour Fuel: N/A Toss this in an oven Ingredients: Ingredient | 2 lbs ground beef Ingredient | 1 lbs pork sausage Ingredient | 2 eggs Ingredient | 2 bell peppers chopped Ingredient | 1 poblano pepper chopped Ingredient | 1 onion chopped Ingredient | 1 1/2 cup crushed Pork Rinds Ingredient | 1 tsp pepper Ingredient | 1/2 tsp ground black peppercorns Ingredient | 1/2 tsp garlic powder Ingredient | 1/2 tsp onion powder Ingredient | 3/4 cup Your Favorite Beard-B-Q sauce. Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients and then form into loafs or put in loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes

Grow Your Beard Beef Ribs

Yield: Depends on how hungry you are I can eat about two on a good day. Prep time: 10 min Total time: 8-10 hours Fuel Wood: Hickory, Oak, or Mesquite; enough for 10 hours of smoking Ingredients Ingredients: 1 Rack of beef ribs Ingredients: 3 Tbsp course salt Ingredients: 3 Tbsp peppercorns Ingredients: Your favorite Beard BQ Sauce Directions Heat the smoker to 225-250°F and if you smoker has a water pan fill it with water or beer as needed if not place an aluminum pan with water or beer on your smoker rack Cut the rack lengthwise into individual bones and place them on a rimmed backing sheet Slather the ribs with a very light coating of Beard BQ Sauce. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper
